Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Strategist with proficiency in Japanese to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in Japanese (N2 level or above) and have experience in building effective marketing strategies. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop plans to optimize recruitment activities on Japanese recruitment platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Japanese language skills to effectively communicate and engage with Japanese- speaking audiences.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recruitment efforts.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to optimize recruitment efforts on various Japanese recruitment platforms.
Demonstrate creativity and innovation in developing new approaches to attract and retain talent.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in marketing or recruitment, preferably in a Japanese company or related field.
Proficiency in Japanese language (N2 level or above) with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with a logical mindset.
Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Working Hours:
Days off: Saturday, Sunday, Japanese public holidays, and Lunar New Year (but working on other Japanese public holidays to compensate).
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1- hour lunch break).
