JOB DESCRIPTION
Booking invoice in system properly and timely.
Preparing confirmation letters (debt amount, stock quantity) tosupplier and reconcile any discrepancies.
Doing 3 ways matching steps properly: crosscheck among PO, invoiceand Good receipt note.
Support for answering supplier’s queries.
Complete necessary steps for payment process, checking carefullyand preparing payment order and supporting documents such as PO, invoice…etc.for payment process.
Manage AP aging and make payment as per due date.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in accounting software.
Good Excel skills. (Intermediate Preferred).
Can communicate in English is advantage.
Bachelors degree in accounting, major in Accounting and Finance.
1 year experience in AP function.
BENEFITS
Timeline: Monday- Friday (9h- 18h)
Benefit: 5.000.000- 8.000.000 VND/month + 350.000 VND/month (Parking allowance)
