Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute effective staffing and recruitment strategies.

• Lead the hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring top talent acquisition aligned with company goals.

• Establish and refine employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

• HR Policies & Compliance:

• Develop, implement, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.

• Oversee employee relations, dispute resolution, and disciplinary actions to maintain a fair and compliant workplace.

• Stay updated on labor law changes and recommend necessary policy updates.

• Performance & Talent Management:

• Develop and execute performance management frameworks, including goal-setting, appraisals, and career development plans.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning through training programs and leadership development initiatives.

• Compensation, Benefits & Employee Engagement:

• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.

• Design and implement strategies to boost employee engagement, recognition, and workplace satisfaction.

• HRIS & Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Leverage HR analytics and reporting to track workforce trends and optimize HR strategies.

• Manage and enhance HRIS systems for improved efficiency and data accuracy.

• Budget & Resource Management:

• Develop and manage the HR department budget to align with business objectives.

• Optimize HR operations to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising employee experience.

• Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

• Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in multinational companies or health & wellness industries.

• Language & Communication Skills:

• Fluent in Vietnamese, English (both written and spoken), Chinese is preferred – a must for effective communication with regional teams.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to work with diverse teams.

• Technical & Leadership Competencies:

• Deep understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and HR best practices.

• Hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, and compensation structuring.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic business needs.

E-commerce Development: Lead the planning, development, and launch of an online e-commerce platform tailored to the Vietnamese market.

Dealer Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and support a strong network of dealers and partners across Vietnam.

Business Growth Strategy: Contribute to business strategy and identify growth opportunities in new and existing markets.

Public Speaking & Representation: Represent the company in public forums, dealer meetings, product launches, and promotional events.

Cross-Cultural Communication: Facilitate effective communication with HQ and regional teams across language and cultural lines.

Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields—experience in ecommerce is highly preferred.

Strong command of Vietnamese, English—spoken and written.

Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills; must be confident and articulate.

Presentable and professional in appearance and demeanor.

Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market, preferably with experience in health, wellness, or consumer products.
