JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service specialist- Hotel reservation and support, you will ensure the highestquality of customer service possible by providing excellent solutions for customer’s inquiriesand issues leading by example.
Organize and support remote check- in and checkout for guests coordinating with property
highest standards are maintained.
Support Business activities in two small homestays.
Respond to enquiries about hotel products and services by telephone, email and reservation
sites according to standard customer service guidelines.
Serving customers via social media (live chat, Facebook, hotline) and making sure the
caretakers.
Ensure customer expectations are achieved/exceeded through excellent customer service.
Effectively manage OTA’s ( Airbnb, booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka, etc.)
Take high responsibility for serving customers by Customer Service.
Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc.

Follow any other tasks assigned by office manager/line manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast- moving environment. Familiarity with E- commerce is a

Excellent verbal and written communication skills – both Vietnamese and English
Minimum of 1- 2 years customer service experience. And at least 6 months of experience in
