HCM - Corporate Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Manager

Ensuring awareness of current market conditions and efforts of competitive set and any new entrants.
Formulating the yearly sales strategy and regular updates as required with the Senior Management / Director of Sales and Marketing.Leads the sales team in daily implementation of the sales strategy.
Other Responsibilities:
• Understanding and ensuring continued update and implementation of the human resources policies, procedures and code of discipline; while promoting management, team and cross department support, leadership, professionalism and good relations
• Monitoring the activities of the sales executives and coordinators while providing training and coaching in implementing effective reservation procedures; monitoring and evaluating team members’ performance to improve productivity and efficiency
• Understanding and ensuring continued update and implementation of the relevant policies, procedures and service delivery standards of the sales department
• Maintaining and promoting communication efficiency for general and work specific information, conduct of regular meetings and / or discussions on work activities, service delivery, and continuing work system improvement
Performing other related duties and functions assigned by the DOS.

• Ability to think critically, offer solutions, anticipate problems and provide action plan formulation and provide high level of attention to detail
• Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Hotel operations systems and POS
• Strong in interpersonal relationships and conflict management, guest/client development, impact and influencing; active listening, understanding and responding to feedback and requests; is service- oriented and demonstrations teamwork and cooperation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, other languages a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality management, business management, marketing, or equivalent
• Embraces team and system diversities, organizational and team interrelationships at multiple levels
• Strong leadership skills; good at coaching and empowering others
• Managerial, numeracy, reporting, decision- making, problem solving
• Achieving business results and showcasing analytical thinking, concern for order and quality, customer service orientation and managing organizational resources; demonstrates high- level planning, organizing and coordinating, problem solving and judgment
• Proven performance record of at least 5 years working in hospitality operations, with 3 years as a Senior sales manager or equivalent in a dynamic hotel, international assignments and pre- opening experience is a plus
