[HCM] Distribution Operations Coordinator

* Sales & Data Management
- Collect, manage, and analyze sales and operating data (sales, volume, profit & loss) across fresh meat distribution channels.
- Conduct data- driven sales performance reviews, monitor operating costs, and propose efficiency improvement measures
* Factory Operations & Compliance
- Assist in establishing and monitoring compliance with operational rules and policies related to processing plant operations
- Support analysis of procurement appropriateness for purchased materials at meat processing plants.
* Process Optimization
- Support the setup and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for distribution processes.
- Contribute to improving efficiency in distribution operations and workflow enhancements.
- Participate in planning and execution of field operation improvement projects.
- Assist in planning distribution schedules and monitoring production quality at slaughterhouses and processing facilities.
* Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including analysis of key operational variances.
- Provide progress updates on key projects.
- Support preparation of presentation materials for meetings.
- Organize sales and operational data into clear reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Communication & Administrative Support
- Support meeting organization, draft minutes, and ensure timely follow- up actions.
- Coordinate communication between CJ headquarters (Korea) and the Vietnam entity.
- Assist with contract handling, document management, and administrative procedures.

* Education:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree obtained in Korea is strongly preferred.
- Preferred majors: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Animal Science, Agri- business, Food Technology
* Language: Fluency in Korean (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus
* Experience
- Open to candidates at junior to mid- career level (approx. 0–10 years of relevant experience).
- We welcome applications from both recent graduates with strong academic backgrounds and experienced professionals with proven track records in the livestock/food distribution industry or Korean conglomerates in Vietnam.
* Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
* Other requirements:
- Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Excel and ability to perform advanced data analysis.
- Nationality: Vietnamese citizen.
