WHAT YOU WILL DO
Pizza 4Ps is looking for a skilled e- learning specialist who plays an important role in our Learning & Development Team in administering the e- learning programs, handling Learning Management System (LMS) administrative work and delivering WOW services to 4P’s partners (4P’s colleagues). Working directly with the Trainers and Senior Trainers at Pizza 4Ps, you will grow yourself and your skills.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT
***E- learning course development and administration (70%)
E- learning course development (Production & roll- out phase):
Develop quizzes, and other assessment tools in LMS that truly align with the e- course objectives and drive performance improvements.
Use advanced authoring tools and AI tools to develop effective, visually exciting, and highly interactive digital learning experiences (courses, games, online activities).
Update content or re- design outdated e- courses as guided by Sr trainers/ Trainers
E- learning project management: Be the main contact point to work with e- learning vendors, handle all production stages (from conducting related technical research and developing storyboard to final products, testing and launching the e- learning course in LMS).
E- learning Implementation & Administration (ongoing support phase):
Create and export course reports (if required).
Be the main contact point to 4P’s partners (employees) in supporting e- learning courses.
Training record tracking & updating for e- learning courses
Create, set up, manage, troubleshoot courses and all learning materials in LMS.
E- learning solution consultation and support for other trainers:
Ensure all e- courses meet industry standards, check final updates over LMS (LMS integration, Mobile APP compatibility…)
Deliver e- learning solutions for stakeholders to improve learning experiences
Support internal trainers on technical issues to create e- materials and e- courses
***L&D Operational support (30%)
Learning Management System (LMS) Implementation & Administration:
Schedule multi- store training classes, track and upload training records, import attendance list/ completion list in LMS
Manage LMS users (import/ update and user- to- course enrollment)
Create and export learning reports (if required).
Follow and support the skill evaluation process monthly.
Other training operational work:
Other training operational work assigned by line manager.
Graphic design for L&D training communications and materials
Handle paperwork relating to LMS, L&D accounts, L&D vendors
Logistics support for all training initiatives
