JOB BRIEF:
We are seeking a Marketing Supervisor, or potentially a Manager if the candidate has significant relevant experience, to oversee our growing E- commerce platforms. This position does not include paid advertising. You will be in charge of all other marketing activities excluding paid advertising. This position requires someone who is both strong in creative thinking, execution, well organized and competent in collecting and analyzing data of various marketing activities for both reporting and strategy improvement. Previous experience working in the field of ecommerce is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate understands paid advertising (although not responsible for it) , is competent in data analysis, social media, creative and has a commercial mindset towards planning their strategies in order to maximize revenue impact
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
Strategic Planning
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the fashion ecommerce industry.
- Ownership of marketing strategy, campaign planning, calendar and project management of all marketing activities
- Develop and execute innovative and data- driven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Campaign Planning & Trade
- Coordinate with both performance marketing manager and ecommerce team
- Provide a detailed follow up report, collect data and work with performance team to analyze effectiveness and areas for improvement
- Manage all steps involved in trade marketing preparation from planning, procurement, campaign implementation and execution
- Oversee the planning and preparation of the promotional calendar, promotion schemes and trade marketing including estimated revenue uplifts and projections
- Work with creative teams to prepare all necessary visuals
Social Media & Content:
- Prepare a monthly social media and content calendar to oversee the online presence of the ecommerce platforms
- Coordinate with service providers in content development in alignment with brand image and standards
- Research social media platforms and content trends to propose strategies for improvement, channel expansion and fan page growth
- Collect data and update a monthly social media report with key performance highlights
SEO & Content
- Oversee the SEO and organic traffic growth strategy for the E- commerce platforms
- Collect data and provide regular reports on traffic growth, along with recommendations for improvements
- Work with service providers on the management and implementation of organic traffic growth strategies
- Utilize Google analytics and tracking software to measure customer acquisition, conversion and revenue attributed to organic traffic sources
Corporate Partnerships
- Focus on a long term partnership strategy with annual partnership calendar
- Collect data and provide a monthly report on partnership performance with recommendations on areas for improvement
- Develop and implement a partnership strategy for our ecommerce and mobile app shopping platforms with potential organizations
- Coordinate with Ecommerce team on partnership mechanics, budget and timelines
- Ownership on the outreach, follow up and establishment of partnerships
Brand Awareness
- Coordinate with Media team on KOL and celebrity collaborations
- Full ownership on the brand development and above the line campaigns
- Implement a comprehensive PR strategy
- Manage the implementation of branding campaigns including video production, events etc.
- Provide a monthly report on branding performance along with recommendations for areas of improvement.
- Develop an annual branding calendar with breakdown of activities
