[HCM] Engineering Technician - Utility (Hợp đồng 5 tháng)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Utility Technicians are responsible for the technical maintenance & operation of utility equipment, inclusive of autonomous maintenance tasks, in order to support manufacturing & supply good quality steam, air, CO2 & Cooling down beverage before filling.
Key Responsibility:
• Repair & maintain building.
• Minor stoppages limited Startup losses minimized.
• Reduce lost time caused by breakdowns, Setups, and adjustments. Reduced incidences of accidents and injuries.
• Implement preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• All abnormalities detected and addressed so that breakdowns are kept within the agreed limits. First line troubleshooting carried out and recorded.
• All solid, hazardous materials, and other waste should be handled as per SHE legal and company requirements. Repair equipment of all machines from Syrup, WTP, WWTP (downtime)
• Preventive maintenance of all machines from Syrup, WTP, WWTP Working environment maintained to required GMP standards all the time.
• Operate utility equipment. Responding to breakdowns Diagnosing faults
• Near miss and kaizen executed in the process area.
• Making improvements to current operations to improve efficiency.
• 100% compliance to KORE and local requirements.

• Knowledge in electrical engineering or automation would be an advantage.
• College graduation at electricity: thermal engineering or electrical engineering/refrigeration
• Ability to work on shift and extended hours.
• Prefer people have experience on refrigeration, heating & air compressor system.
• Handy, careful, diligent, high responsible, trouble solving skill and enthusiastic.
• Work experience: at least 2 years in operating and repairing equipment.
