MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to provide design support for various campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage external partners such as freelancers, creative agencies, and production houses.
- Understand social media marketing trends, product portfolios, and target audiences to propose customer- focused creative solutions.
- Ensure all design outputs are aligned with the brand’s marketing design standards and technical requirements.
- Propose and design visual concepts and art directions for events, shootings, and key visuals.
- Localize global design materials in line with both global and local brand guidelines.
- Develop creative assets including key visuals, social media posts, web banners, and other materials based on briefs from the Senior Graphic Designer/Planner.

KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU
- Personality: Detail- oriented, organized, good time management, proactive, and passionate about design.
- Age: 25 – 29.
- Strong artistic sense with good knowledge of layout, composition, 3D, and visual creativity.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands- on experience in graphic design (proficient in Photoshop & Illustrator) and in developing creative concepts or visual directions.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and cultures.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, or related fields.
- Experience in UX/UI design, offline printing, or packaging design is a plus.
