Responsibilities:
Support other Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition projects as assigned.
Support employer branding activities across online and offline channels to strengthen the company‘s employer brand.
Maintain employer branding assets, content libraries, databases, campaign records, and reporting dashboards, ensuring information is accurate, organized, and up to date.
Collaborate with Recruitment and cross- functional teams to develop employer branding initiatives that support hiring objectives.
Assist in planning and executing employer branding campaigns, recruitment marketing initiatives, campus engagement programs, career fairs, and hiring events.
Create, coordinate, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, career pages, and internal communication channels.
Track, monitor, and analyze employer branding performance metrics, including engagement, reach, candidate attraction, campaign effectiveness, and hiring outcomes.
Conduct market research and benchmark employer branding trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on employer branding activities, campaign performance, key achievements, insights, and recommendations for management review.
Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing employer branding budgets, including budget planning, allocation, expense tracking, vendor coordination, cost review, and ROI evaluation.
Requirements:
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content and campaign ideas.
Basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Fresh graduates, available to work full- time from Monday to Friday.
Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and current digital trends.
Design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar tools) are required.
Good organizational and project coordination skills.
Good English communication skills.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
Passionate about Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
