[HCM] Headhunt Vietnam Tuyển Dụng Project Recruiter Full-time

What You’ll Do
End- to- end support for hiring projects:

Supporting internal kick- off meetings with hiring managers
Uploading the Resumes into the system
Supporting position online advertisement and marketing (posting to schools, local job boards, etc.)
Resume pre- screening and phone screening to eliminate the non- qualified candidates
Supporting coordinating and executing company branding physical activities.
Being a key point of contact for all candidates and hiring managers (for reviewing and interview coordination) communication
Managing “Candidate Reservation” Matrix and interview arrangement coordination (communication and onsite logistic support)
Recruitment support can be scaled up or down based on changing hiring
Supporting final candidate selection process (candidate offer & turn down communication, hiring manager communication, etc.)
Supporting online info sessions (candidate communication, logistics etc.)

What You Need

Fluent in English skills (especially Speaking & Writing)
Possible to start in May 2024
HR field knowledge in the IT field is a plus.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of headhunt recruitment, sourcing, and research experience.
Fast learner, detail- oriented, well- organized and good communication skills
Expert in MS Office
