Are you ready to embark on an adventurous journey and explore the world of HEINEKEN? We are excited to announce the launch of our Global Graduate Program – designed to fast track your career and develop you into a future leader at one of the world’s most renowned brands.
About the Program:
Our Global Graduate Program is a three- year path which consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, and will take place within your chosen area: Supply Chain or People. After the rotations, you’ll have the opportunity to spend the next 18- months working in a role within your home operating company in
Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam.
Landing Role: Now you’ve got all the tools, it’s time for you to apply what you’ve learnt in a management position within your country of application in Vietnam. Every day will bring a chance to continue with your growth and development.
Rotation 1: Set off in the HEINEKEN operating company of application in Viet Nam. Here, you’ll gain a solid foundation in your specific function and an understanding of our operations, strategy, and culture.
Rotation 3: Broaden your horizons with an international assignment, enhancing your global mindset and cultural adaptability.
Rotation 2: Continue in Vietnam of application with a cross- functional assignment, widening your perspective and understanding of different business areas and how they interconnect.

Criteria & Conditions
Open to Vietnamese citizens and individuals with legal authorization to work in Vietnam.
Languages: English language is essential, in addition to Vietnamese language requirements.
Travel Flexibility: Global exploration can’t happen from home! We require all Explorers to be fully globally mobile.
Work Experience: No specific previous work experience is required! But we are looking specifically for new graduates. That’s a maximum of 2- year post- graduation.
Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree

How to Apply & the Selection Process
Application Submission:
Upload your CV and cover letter through our application portal. Application period is from September 3rd September till 18th October
Online Assessments: Take the online assessments. They will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so no need to prepare anything in advance. A cognitive test is also part of the online assessment. Expected Date from mid of September.
Interviews: Upon completing the online assessments, we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. You will then be invited for two interviews. We’re aiming to hold these around Expected Date from end of October.
Assessment Centre: Then it’s time for the in- person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations. We’re planning this for Expected Date from early November.
