Work with vendors and suppliers.
Support to organize chamber’s events.
Administration: Handling basic office tasks, such as answering emails and phone calls, ordering and storing office supplies, equipment.
Membership Management: Processing and onboarding new members, maintaining up- to- date membership information, and managing communication and coordination regarding membership types and sharing fees.
Human Resources Administration: Updating on annual leave, staff information, and documentation.
Financial and Bookkeeping tasks: Monitoring costs and expenses for budget preparation, payroll and other payments, preparing invoices, managing pending payments.
Board Support and Coordination: Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Board.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Freshers are welcome or have 1–2- year experience as an administrator/accountant.
Strong accounting background (Graduated from accounting or finance fields).
Having working experience at Business Chamber/ Association is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
English fluency is a must.

Oversee day- to- day office activities as main point of contact in reception area, and keep management informed regularly.
Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events; booking travel; maintaining file systems;
Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire supplies, manage vendor relationships.
Planning, budgeting, executing & supervising the chamber’s activities/ events.
Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, and overseeing supplies and equipment.
Working with various government departments, negotiating with various parties, giving problem solutions.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Ability to maintain confidentiality of organization information.Preferred skills and qualifications
Proficient in MS Office & experience with online platforms
Strong time- management, negotiation and team management skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
English fluency is a must.

Two or more years of experience in office management/event management.
