JOB DESCRIPTION
Provideinformation on DHL Express products and services, helping customers select theright options for their needs.
Ensurethat all company branding is displayed in accordance with DHL regulations andguidelines.
Processtransactions using the point- of- sale (POS) system and maintain cash handlingprocedures
Activelypromote and upsell DHL services to enhance customer satisfaction and drivesales
Manageappointment scheduling and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
PresentPoint of Sale Materials (POSMs) as required, ensuring they are up- to- date andaligned with marketing campaigns.
Maintainaccurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Answerphone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, pricing, andoperational procedures.
Ensurethe retail outlet counter and surrounding areas are clean, organized, andpresentable at all times
Orderingnew merchandise and ensure received items are properly displayed.
Consultwith customers regarding product types, pricing, and available sales programs.
Handlepayment collections from customers accurately and efficiently.
Conductregular checks to maintain cleanliness and address any issues promptly.
Participatein regular and ad hoc meetings; make work reports as required.
Performother tasks assigned by the line manager.
Greetand assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Beingresponsible for the overall cleanliness, upkeep and maintenance of a store.
REQUIREMENTS
Englishfluent (written and spoken)
Atleast 1 year experience in a sales, customer service or marketing role,preferably in a retail or logistics environment.
Bachelordiploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus.
Experiencein sales/sales processes
Knowledgeand understanding of the Retail trade from a service perspective.
Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiencyin using computer systems and software, including POS systems.
Apositive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Contributeknowledge and expertise toward resolving recurring billing issues.
Coordinatethe resolution of sales and customs disputes according to escalation procedures
Drivedebt collection, involve in customer interactions (including customer visits asdeemed necessary)
Activelymanage and coordinate credit collection for an assigned portfolio of customersin alignment with DP DHL process guidelines and policies in an efficient andeffective actively promote and ensure DHL trading terms and conditions arebeing adhered to by the customer
Identifycheque and electric bank transfer allocation issues and coordinate rectificationwith the responsible team
Monitorcredit accounts and report delinquent customers to Team Leader for review andaction.
Monitorthe credit limit of accounts and ensure proper action is taken
Coordinatemaster data, billing, and collection issue resolution with internal andexternal customers as deemed necessary and in coordination with the team leaderand supervisor.
Maximizecollection effectiveness from all customers in a timely and professionalmanner.
Maintainefficient records of collection activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Effectivecommunication and conversational skills
Intermediatepresentation skills
Fluentin English: written and verbal communication
Highcustomer focus and service orientation
Bachelorof Accounting/Finance or relevant majors.
2years of experience in credit collection
AdvancedMS Office knowledge
Goodtelephone conversation/handling skills
