JOB DESCRIPTION
Quantify express revenue potential and validatecustomer information and needs (segment) through using the globally agreed selectioncriteria to produce quality leads and accounts to ensure DHL achieves itsoverall sales/revenue objectives and targets.
Ensure co- operation with other members of the salesteam and throughout the sales force.
Ensure that lead originators are acknowledged andprovided with feedback on the outcome of the lead.
Where appropriate, to successfully open accounts fornew DM customers.
Ensure feedback is provided to all lead generatorson status of all leads endorsed
Maximise on all opportunities to secure new businessby providing account facilities to customers through the lead qualificationprocess.
Provide customer- oriented service at all times formulti- channel customers
Coordinate with all sales channels, Customer Serviceand Marketing Department for lead management
Act as main contact for DHL of small tradingaccounts under Telesales, responding and satisfying their sales and post- salesrequirements
Complete activity reports to measureindividual/department effectiveness.
Manage multi- channel customers by phone or directmail
Adhere to regional standards and agreed proceduresand processes
Provide customer- oriented service at all timesrelating to specific sales issues.
Liaise with other departments to ensure delivery ofservice commitment to multi- channel customers
Raise relevant paperwork for the main customerdatabase ensuring customer information is available throughout the organisation
Ensure the data integrity in DHL systems forrecording the updated customer historical information
Build and maintain strong vendor- clientrelationships.
Contact companies and individuals currently notholding an account, confirm customer details and identify traffic profilesthereby assessing quantity and quality of future business.
Coordinate and manage DM programmes and ensureappropriate follow up.
Qualify all internal and external lead sources topass leads to the appropriate sales resource.
REQUIREMENTS
1- 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics
Bachelor of Degree
Telephone skill
Can- do attitude
Database skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)

REQUIREMENTS
Atleast 1 year experience in a sales, customer service or marketing role,preferably in a retail or logistics environment.
Experiencein sales/sales processes
Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelordiploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus.
Proficiencyin using computer systems and software, including POS systems.
Knowledgeand understanding of the Retail trade from a service perspective.
Apositive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Englishfluent (written and spoken)

Contributeknowledge and expertise toward resolving recurring billing issues.
Drivedebt collection, involve in customer interactions (including customer visits asdeemed necessary)
Monitorthe credit limit of accounts and ensure proper action is taken
Coordinatethe resolution of sales and customs disputes according to escalation procedures
Identifycheque and electric bank transfer allocation issues and coordinate rectificationwith the responsible team
Coordinatemaster data, billing, and collection issue resolution with internal andexternal customers as deemed necessary and in coordination with the team leaderand supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS
