JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist the supervisor in preparingprocess document and manage customer data.
Actively seek out and identifypotential customers through various channels, including field visits and onlineresearch.
Generate and qualify sales leads tosupport the telemarketing team’s objectives.
Provide daily/weekly/monthly updatesand reports on progress and result to the supervisor.
Conduct outbound calls to potentialcustomers to introduce our products/services, understand their needs.
Maintain accurate records ofcustomer interactions and sales activities in Excel.
REQUIREMENTS
EducationalBackground: Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related logistic field.
Proactiveness:Willingness to go outside to find potential customers and take initiative inidentifying new sales opportunities.
TeamPlayer: Ability to work well in a team environment and support colleagues asneeded.
SellingSkills: Basic understanding of sales techniques, with a willingness to developthese skills further.
CommunicationSkills: Strong verbal and communication skills, with the ability to engagepotential customers effectively over the phone.
ExcelSkills: Basic knowledge of Excel for data management and reporting purposes.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Handlepayment collections from customers accurately and efficiently.
Manageappointment scheduling and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
Orderingnew merchandise and ensure received items are properly displayed.
Answerphone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, pricing, andoperational procedures.
Greetand assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Processtransactions using the point- of- sale (POS) system and maintain cash handlingprocedures
Beingresponsible for the overall cleanliness, upkeep and maintenance of a store.
Consultwith customers regarding product types, pricing, and available sales programs.
Provideinformation on DHL Express products and services, helping customers select theright options for their needs.
Activelypromote and upsell DHL services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
Participatein regular and ad hoc meetings; make work reports as required.
Ensurethe retail outlet counter and surrounding areas are clean, organized, andpresentable at all times
PresentPoint of Sale Materials (POSMs) as required, ensuring they are up- to- date andaligned with marketing campaigns.
Maintainaccurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Conductregular checks to maintain cleanliness and address any issues promptly.
Ensurethat all company branding is displayed in accordance with DHL regulations andguidelines.
Perform other tasksassigned by the line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Atleast 1 year experience in a sales, customer service or marketing role,preferably in a retail or logistics environment.
Apositive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Bachelordiploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus.
Experiencein sales/sales processes
Proficiencyin using computer systems and software, including POS systems.
Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
Knowledgeand understanding of the Retail trade from a service perspective.
Englishfluent (written and spoken)
