WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an L&D Trainer at Pizza 4P‘s, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous development and excellence of our team members, referred to as "Partners." Reporting to Program manager/ Senior Trainer. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring and enhancing the effectiveness of our training programs, conducting post- training follow- ups, and ensuring consistent training standards across all our stores.
We are looking for 2 candidates: 1 in charge of the North and 1 in charge of the South.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT
Training Quality Control: Act as the "Training QC" to evaluate the quality of training delivery and its impact on customer experiences and Mystery Shopper (MS) scores. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to boost MS scores.
Practical Learning Enhancement: Collaborate with the L&D team to strengthen practical, in- store learning experiences. Develop hands- on training modules that align with our company values and objectives.
Other L&D responsibilities assigned by Program manager/ Senior Trainer
Consistency Across Stores: Ensure that training programs are consistently applied across all Pizza 4P‘s stores, regardless of location. Develop and maintain training standards and materials for uniformity.
Regular Store Visits: Conduct frequent visits to our stores to assess the application of Learning and Development (L&D) training programs. Provide on- the- spot guidance and support to partners.
ARE YOU A FIT?
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager within the Operations Team is preferred and demonstrated record of outstanding performance within the company.
Strong understanding of Pizza 4P‘s values, mission, and culture.
Flexibility to travel to various store locations as needed.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a high degree of self- motivation.
Passion for a career in training and a commitment to fostering the growth and development of our partners.
