About The Role:
As a Business & Account Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our sales and business administration efforts. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring that all queries are addressed promptly and accurately. Your responsibilities will include directing sales leads to the appropriate team members, managing customer databases, and coordinating stock availability for sales. Additionally, you will support the Country Manager with various pre- and post- sales administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the team.
Your role will also involve coordinating key administrative tasks between country teams and functional areas within the region, as well as liaising with marketing teams to organize events and promotional activities. You will be responsible for updating customer databases with orders, delivery, and payment details, and ensuring that all office dispatches are collected and delivered efficiently.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is educated to degree or high school diploma level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should have a minimum C1 level in the local language and B2 in English.
Your IT skills should be strong, particularly with the Microsoft suite, and you should be highly organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in office administration and customer support is essential, and experience working in a global organisation is highly preferable.
You should have a good knowledge of the local educational system and, ideally, some familiarity with Cambridge products.
Your key competencies should include collaboration, empowerment, innovation, and responsibility, as well as product knowledge, customer focus, solutions orientation, attention to detail, organization skills, and communication skills.
