JOB BRIEF:
This position has the role of Research and development, managing, supervising, and operating IT infrastructure, network, ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure running smoothly.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
Propose a plan for the maintenance of IT network and security devices every year.
Provide level 2 support for internal IT teams/end users about infrastructure, network, and security, …
Be responsible for core networks in DC/DR (Router, Switch, VoIP System, …) and security systems (Firewall, IPS, …) are running smoothly.
Be executive for the IT network & security approved plan within a high quality, on time, in scope.
Working with third-party infrastructure IT vendors to research, develop and deploy, set up for key Infrastructure (networks, and security) of the company.
Monitor, manage the WAN, Internet bandwidth utilization, and speed. Take proactive actions to maintain network performance, ensure the network connections of HO, Branches, Shops, Warehouses (WAN, Internet, VPN, …) are running smoothly.
Develop, maintain the team’s procedures and reference documentation. Ensure network topologies, technical/configuration documents are always up-to-date.
Report periodically to the Infrastructure and Support Manager on Network & Security development, also for risk management.
Be an admin role in the management of user ID, authorization in all network and security systems.
Training network & security aspects for IT Team, users of all departments if needed.
Design, set up, and configure network functions according to technical design requirements. Maintain the core network of DC/DR, Cloud environments, and network at all stores to ensure performance, availability, redundancy.
Be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of network and security solutions.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Infrastructure and Support Manager.
Be responsible for internet accounts, telephone services.
Conduct research, make recommendations to IT Infrastructure and Support Manager on IT network & security development, optimization.
