HCM - IT Team Leader ETP SAP

- The IT SAP Leader who fully responsible for the SAP ERP system implementation or develops, maintains, and enhances business applications. The Expert will provide strong influencing skills to promote best practices and new functionalities in the space of SAP HANA.

* MAIN TASKS:

- Responsible for delivery of technology/ process deliverables focused on the SAP MM, SD module and or FICO

- Provides expert level support for SAP HANA and SAP Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing (BI/BW) module and Business Objects and Data Service and Tableau.

- Act as liaison between business users and implementation partners

- Demonstrated experience with planning and managing testing for unit tests and integration tests, and in facilitating cross functional, end-to-end business process testing via super users

- Assist in the adoption of new business procedures resulting from system improvements, through the development of documentation, training, and communication plans.

- Integrates new or enhanced application components.

- Proactively support the business processes with issue identification and resolution, and process optimization on a continuous basis.

- Provide and maintain effective documentation for processes

- Managing, coaching and training for all SAP staffs

* Education

- Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems or Finance/Accounting with at least 5 years of SAP experience.

* Experience

- 5+ years direct experience in SAP Business Analysis and/or programming design and systems management, in-depth understanding and expertise in SAP MM, SD, FI-CO module

- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a combination of:

+ Business intelligence architecture, design, and development with SAP HANA

+ SAP BI/BW

+ SAP Business Objects

+ Data Services

- Strong analytical and effective leadership skills, good business process, process improvement and design capabilities

- Experience working in large SAP BW and HANA implementations with establishing best practices and standards.

- SAP integration with suppliers/vendors, companies, plants and suppliers (Integration experience with 3rd party applications and other portals) is preferred

- Prefer qualification:

+ Project management (PMP, SCRUM Methodology)

+ Project Management and ASAP Project Management certification.

+ SAP Certification in MM, SD, FI-CO

* Specific knowledge

- Project experience in SAP MM, PM, and FI

- Experience in designing and implementing security for SAP HANA.

- Working experience on HANA Application Lifecycle Manager to transport Code

- Knowledge in SAP HANA advanced features – Dynamic Tiering, Smart Data Integration,

- Data warehousing Foundation tools.

- Design and Define HANA views, Data Flow for ER Model.

- Strong proficiency in SQL. Extensive experience in writing Stored Procedures in HANA using SQL Script
