Set up periodic management reports as requested by the Board of Directors and Chief Accountant.
Control, guide employees manipulating transactions in POS systems.
Full set of P&L and Balance Sheet.
Hands- on responsibility for all statutory requirements including audit, company income tax, value added tax, personal income tax, customs, regulatory statistics reporting, etc, to ensure complete compliance with all governmental regulations (including tax) and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
Coordinate with suppliers POS software to fix the case of errors of the system, ensuring not affect the business operations of company.
Contact with the Bank, to provide the records, data relating to the supply of credit for the project.
Management Accounting.
Other duties being assigned.
Set up local policies and procedures for the efficient, secure running of the business.
Monthly transactions: check stocks movement reports, Bank reconciliation, Sales report, Tax reports, Allocation of prepaid expenses.
Perform other tasks by the Board of Directors, Chief Accountant assignment.
Analysis, reviews the volatility of revenues, costs.
Adjustment errors in the transmission of data from POS to Bravo/Fast, forward accounting intermediary accounts in Bravo/Fast, revenue accounting, VAT sales.
Check, professional guidance of revenue accounting.
Control POS system.
Monthly financials for reporting .

Other Specific Requirements: Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, training, leading, inspire skills,…
Academic Background: College or University graduate, preferred in Economics, accounting and auditing.
Working Experience: At least 3- 5 years of working experience in the same position.
Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
