WHAT YOU WILL DO
Facility Maintenance
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across all locations.
Manage repairs, renovations, and equipment upgrades.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly.
Oversee routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance projects
Equipment Management
Manage the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
Monitor equipment performance and address breakdowns promptly.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
Compliance and Safety
Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure all locations comply with safety regulations and standards.
Train team on safety protocols and procedures.
Budget Management
Source cost- effective suppliers and negotiate maintenance contracts.
Monitor expenses and implement cost- saving measures without compromising quality.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget for each location.
Team Leadership
Foster a collaborative and proactive maintenance team.
Provide guidance and support to resolve complex maintenance issues.
Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance partners across all locations.
WHO YOU ARE
Relevant certifications in maintenance or facilities management
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance protocols.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Head or similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5+ years of working experience
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
