HCM - Merchandise Planning Executive (Pedro)

JOB BRIEF:
- A member of Merchandise Planning team of Pedro Brand, responsible for Stock Replenishment from Warehouse to store and Stock Consolidation among stores to ensure Stock sufficient and maximize sales and stock depletion.

III. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
Stock Consolidation
- Run weekly inventory reports to monitor sale performance
- Coordinate stock movement between regions; between stores and warehouses
- Monitor shipment dates, good receiving to do first allocation for new launch SKUs to store, following aligned launching schedule
- Maintain stock data on a weekly basis and ensure data accuracy; timely uploading onto Brand Principal System
- Coordinate defects/repairs and shipment errors claims
Data Manage
- Neatly manage all necessary Historical Data relate to Sales, Stock, Shipments
- Working closely with the team member and IT to ensure all the data is consistent and accurately
Others
- Other Tasks assign by Brand Manager/ MP Manager/MP Supervisor
- Market research about Competitors
- Collect feedback about merchandise from all related teams
