[HCM] Mobile App Developer (React Native/iOS/Android)

Job Scope:

Report to IT Application Manager.
Responsible for Design, Coding, Troubleshooting, and working with the project team to develop or optimize IT digital systems/ projects.

Key Tasks:

Perform project management on any Digital projects as assigned by the IT Management.
Training for users if any
Work with relevant departments, vendors, and stores to fix the online transaction issues if any.
Daily support and maintain the online systems within the company to ensure the smooth running of the day- to- day operation.
Development and optimization for the current digital system as such: Mobile ordering app, Loyalty app, etc…
Develop new report templates to support relevant users and the Management team in tracking promotion activities.

Job Requirement:
Education / Training Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or relevant expert.
Experience:

Have at least 02 years of recent experience programming and deploying applications.
Having experience with mobile app online ordering and e- commercial platform, Social CRM.
Understand the full mobile development life cycle.
Experience working with third- party libraries and remote data via REST, and JSON.

Knowledge / Skills / Personalities:

Experience with Redux, Redux- Saga.
Having knowledge and experience in React Native App (IOS/Android).
Passionate about building a great UI/UX apps
Practice knowledge of mobile app optimization techniques.
Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Having problem- solving skills.
Being independent.
Having knowledge and experience in T- SQL, XML, Node.Js, MS SQL, My SQL
Experience with debugging mobile applications.
Being self- motivated to explore new technologies.
English reading skills to understand spec documents, requirements, etc...
Being self- motivated and flexible.
Experience with RESTful APIs, and Web Socket integration.
Hands- on, possess a high energy level, and good team player
