Responsibilities
Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:
Daily data tracking and monitoring to optimize task results and control resource usage
Participating in creator growth project planning & execution, leveraging platform resources to incubate creators.
1:1 creator management: closely manage creators to help them increase GMV performance & encourage them for more content supply.
Assisting E- commerce livestream conducting, including voucher setting, product review, creator team & seller negotiation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Good understanding of TikTok Shop, E- commerce, TikTok content & trending. Especially TikTok livestream
Good data sense with logical- thinking ability
Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 5 days a week for at least 3 months
Preferred Qualifications
Have strong networking/experience working with creator/ influencers
Preferably with related experience in influencer marketing
