JOB DESCRIPTION
Teaching the YAHO! curriculum for kindergartens
Overseeing the Eye- Level project under the education head&039;s direction, which includes:
- Delivering Eye- Level Counseling to Parents both online and offline
- Training Eye- Level coaches and assisting in lesson planning
- Studying and comprehending the curriculum and process
- Offering lessons for selected pupils
Assisting in the planning and management of ongoing educational and training projects
Participating in tutor training workshops, which entail:
- Developing content that aligns with the instruction
- Presenting
Continuously supporting YAHO! tutors and holding emergency YAHO! sessions
Handling administrative paperwork and other pertinent tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Enthusiastic and passionate individual with a vibrant personality.
A BA/BS degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or English is preferred.
3- 5 years of teaching experience with young learners.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Basic proficiency in MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
The candidate must be diligent, eager to learn, and demonstrate self- discipline at work.
A startup spirit and a team- oriented attitude.
The ideal candidate would thrive in a fast- paced, innovative environment and would not only be able to work on their own initiative but also contribute as a team member.
BENEFITS
Starting salary: 10 million, can increase to 15 million with experience.
10 hours of complimentary YAHO! service monthly.

- Working conditions
Location: The primary location is in the District 2 office, but travel to District 7 and other locations may be required depending on the project.
Time: The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. However, these may vary depending on the project, and any changes will be agreed upon in advance by both parties.
