Troubleshoot company&039;s network failure along with telecommunication provider and network vendors
Ensure company&039;s Logical and physical network diagram, IP Address planning and Document are up- to- date
Analyse and audit the network from time to time to optimize the network in terms of speed and stability
Monitor, evaluate and solve potential network performance issues
Monitor daily POSs network performance/utilization and ensure the uptime for all network
Other tasks as assigned by direct manager
Ensure network uptime 99% at data center
Prepare monthly network analysis/performance reports to management
Monitor and ensure that all network fault cases are resolved timely and meet performance SLA on MTTR, availability and QoS

Ensure WAN Availability of POSes, Partners uptime at 99%
Keep track and plan for all IP addresses usage

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Have strong knowledge in services provided by vendors such as: FTTH, 3G, Leasedlines, ...
Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Bachelor degree in IT / Network / Telecommunication or relevant
At least 2 years of experience in the related fields
Great level support, communication and collaboration skills
Have strong knowledge in TCP/IP network protocol, WAN, LAN, DMVPN, VPN, and etc
Have hands- on experience with network diagnosis, troubleshooting, configuration and problem resolution
Professional certificate like CCNP or equivalent cert will be preferred
English is a plus
