JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in tracking key product performance metrics and recommending enhancements.
Assist in the research, design, and development of new non- credit financial products (e.g., savings, deposits, payments, insurance, investment, etc.).
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Prepare presentations, reports, and product documentation for stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to ensure smooth product development and launch.
Support in defining product features, pricing models, and go- to- market strategies.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings.
REQUIREMENTS
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor&039;s/Master&039;s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Passion for digital banking, fintech, and financial innovation.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
