ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate teacher performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies.
Compliance: Ensure that the teacher complies with all relevant regulations and standards related to Ni Hao Ma Policy.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the Mandarin learning center&039;s online programs and attract new students.
Communication: Maintain clear communication channels between teachers, students, parents and student care, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to.
Training and Onboarding: Develop and conduct training programs to onboard new teachers, familiarizing them with the center&039;s teaching methodologies and resources.
Teacher Recruitment: Recruit qualified Mandarin teachers for online classes, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and language proficiency.
Technical Support: Assist teachers with technical issues related to online teaching platforms and resources.
Teacher Support: Provide ongoing support to teachers, addressing their questions, concerns, and professional development needs.
Curriculum Management: Collaborate with Product Executive to guide the teacher on the correct teaching materials.
Student Progress Tracking: Oversee student assessments and progress reports, ensuring that learning goals are met, addressing the solution if there is mis- matched/met.
Scheduling: Manage the teaching schedule, ensuring that classes run smoothly and teachers are assigned to appropriate levels and students.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in Mandarin and English required
Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Good communication and emotional transformation skills
Understanding of education and teaching
