[HCM] Principal QA/QC Engineer (Automation)

We are looking for a Principal Automation QA QC Engineer with solid testing and interpersonal skills. Candidates to join Money Forward Vietnam will participate in a joyful, high competence and English speaking team to enhance quality for the company&039;s products which are serving millions of people.
Responsibilities

Support manual test team to perform testing activities in project if needed
Define test automation strategy and process to optimize its contributions to project success
Establish and implement metrics to measure the impact and efficiency of test automation activities
Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure seamless implementation of test automation
Design and develop test auto frameworks and test scripts for API, E2E, functional, regression testing
Conduct reviews and deliver essential training sessions on test automation for junior team members.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience in working in cross functional or agile teams
Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
From 7+ years of experience in test automation
Proven experience in test auto frameworks like Selenium, Playwright or any other frameworks
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields
Experience in API test automation with Postman, RestAssured, Playwright or any other tools
Strong programming skills in one of programming languages, such as Java, JS, Python…
Great interest in testing, open minded and able to self- motivated
ISTQB or equivalent testing certificate is a plus
Good English communication and documentation skills
