WHAT YOU WILL DO
Pizza 4Ps is looking for passionate trainers to build up the future leaders of 4P’s. You will design and deliver training sessions on communication, coaching, leadership, finances skills and much more. You will also support the in store trainers as they welcome the newest team members. Working directly with the head of training at Pizza 4Ps you will grow yourself and your skills.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT Training Design and Delivery (60%)
Deliver Train The Trainer (T3) courses and ongoing learning for new trainers and for people in relevant roles.
Plan set up for and run effectively in person and online training up to the Pizza 4Ps standards.
Regularly update training materials to fit 4P’s evolving operations and design new materials for e- learning and in- person training.
Work with regional and local managers, trainers and food coaches to enhance current, plan new and prepare all necessary training, Hard and soft skills.
Train on Pizza 4Ps products, finances, professional skills and other skills required to run the business and provide a wow guest experience.
Take a culture first approach to all training and skill development, ensuring people not only know how but why Pizza 4P’s operates the way they do.
Other Learning & Development and Culture work (40%)
Other tasks assigned by Head of L&D
Create and maintain a system of assessments and evaluations and ensure all results are submitted and reported on.
Involve in all the phases of the whole training process: Analyze- Design- Develop- Implement- Evaluate (ADDIE)
Maintain active continual professional development to support performance of all roles
Support culture initiatives in close collaboration with the Culture Team
ARE YOU A FIT?Proactive, social and solution oriented
At least 5 years of training experience, creating content, delivering it and running a team / training others to do the same.
Strong personal connection to the 4P’s Values: Compassion, Authenticity, Omotenashi, Kaizen
Preferable experienced in retail, hospitality, F&B
Knowledge about corporate culture and engagement is a plus
Solid foundational knowledge and skills in learning & development
Highly motivated and dedicated, ability to motivate others
Strong growth mindset and potential for further development in the learning & development profession
Food lover
Strong commitment to people inner- peace and long- lasting happiness
Strong passion to help people learn, develop and grow
Creativity in developing programs and methods for engaging teams toward the success of their goals
Excellent verbal communication, facilitation, presentation & listening skills (English & Vietnamese)
