[HCM] QA Supervisor (Production)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Internal audits based on HACCP standards for production area (central kitchen/ cheese/OEM) period.
Handle customer’s complaints, especially on quality and food safety scope.
Read and understand Việt Nam food safety legal and another market, declare for newproducts…
Inspect, monitor, and report the compliance of all departments and quality/ food safetysystem.
Lead external audit teams from certificate organization (HACCP), plan and conduct auditsuppliers, OEM factory.
Handle internal non- conformity on quality and food safety.

WHO YOU ARE ?

Good communication skills and ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
At least 05 years of experience in quality assurance for food manufacturers.
Proficiency in computer usage, especially in Word, Excel, and office computer systems.
Business trip
Have experience in quality management system, HACCP or FSSC 22000
Self- disciplined, meticulous, and able to handle pressure.
Bachelor&039;s degree in a related field.
