WHAT YOU WILL DO ?
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Communicate the content, support project members, and manage the project to meet business’s expectation;
Estimate and perform testing following test plans. Align and report testing status with development on a daily basis.
Organize instruction, support for users to use the product and troubleshoot when problems occur.
Ensure effective internal and external communication. Proactively implement initiatives to enhance test processes and foster collaboration between internal and external QA teams.
Analyze the results of testing, submit defect reports, and lead the triage of defect reports to ensure that they are properly prioritized and assigned.
Documentation of the system manuals.
Follow up on requests from the development team.
Implement and maintain the testing process to ensure both the development team and engineer team stays on the same page and issues are solved efficiently.
Analyze and provide models and solutions based on collected requirements;
Define testing plan, write, execute and maintain test cases.
Set up automation test and know how to use popular automation testing tools
Analyze and clarify internal/ external client’s requirements;
Advice from a professional perspective based on analysis and research.
