The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Viet Nam is looking for a qualified and passionate candidate for the post of
Partnerships Officer
,
based in Ho Chi Minh City
, on a temporary appointment (364 days).
How can you make a difference?
You will work closely with UNICEF’s supporters and partners globally and regionally to identify, support and enhance child rights initiatives, in accordance with the Government of Viet Nam SEDP priorities and with a specific focus on the achievement of SDGs in Viet Nam.
Your Job Will Be:

Develop and execute shared value partnerships in favour of SDG achievement and children’s rights.
Engage with Chambers of Commerce and other entities to identify and address local development needs.
Develop and implement partnership engagement strategies that promote the achievement of the SDGs in Viet Nam;
Achieve targets set in the UNICEF Partnership Plan for the engagement of partners including those bringing support for innovative and technological advances for children and adolescents.
Coordinate across UNICEF to align community development initiatives with the Government development priorities and SDGs.

A university degree in one of the following fields is required: Community Development, Business, Marketing and Communication or another relevant technical field.
A minimum of 1 year of relevant digital marketing, social media and community development, resource mobilization, and project management experience is required.
Experience working with digital platforms and tools for community engagement is desirable.
Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese is required.
Proven experience in community development, digital marketing, merchandising, or partnership development highly desirable.
Experience in project management and coordination is an advantage.
Experience in private sector with business insight is preferred.
