HCM_Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities:
Lead marketing activities and training courses, including but not limited to planning, communication, promotion, presentations and budgeting
Handle translations for product marketing materials and communication between overseas parties and local team
Maintain good relationship with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers to work with
Other duties as assigned by manager
Provide support to tender process in terms of brochure, product information specification and any other documentation
Work closely with sales and operations team to effectively manage the customer service cycle
Keep an up- to- date knowledge of industry trends, key competitors, technical developments and government regulations affecting local market and provide valuable insights to Management
Manage correspondences and updates to customers, and make regular customer visits to understand their requirements and feedback on the products
Support management team managing the local sales team
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, training manuals and other related resources
Drive good and effective communication for strategic and tactical issues faced by customers and/or partners and foster long- term business relationships
Submission of monthly reports to Manager
Identify, quantify and develop business opportunities for the Company

Pre- requisites:
Able to work in HCMC.
Focused and customer- success driven mindset
Able to work in teams as well as independently
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Medical devices or scientific instruments knowledge is a good- to- have
3 years of sales support experience
Good proficiency in written and spoken English
Organized, meticulous and disciplined person with a good eye for details
Degree in Business Administration or related qualifications
