Collaboration with third- party logistics providers ensure timely and cost- effective delivery of orders.
Propose solutions, orientation to improve working methods and systems faster.
Work closely with customer support teams to address shipping- related inquiries, delivery updates, and resolve logistics- related customer issues.
Identify opportunities for logistics process improvements to streamline operations, reduce shipping costs, and enhance delivery speed.
Analyze logistics data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas of improvement, and make data- driven decisions.

At least 1 year of working experience.
Self- starter with a strong sense of curiosity.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
Strong knowledge of e- commerce logistics, shipping carriers, and fulfillment processes.
Critical thinking and problem- solving skills.
Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
Strong computer skills, especially Excel. Using Python, and SQL is a plus.
