WHAT YOU WILL DO
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Utilize financial software and tools for complex data analysis.
General Ledger and Reconciliation:
Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Review & Reconciliation:
Oversee AR and AP processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate recording.
Reconcile AR and AP accounts regularly.
Stock Count and Cost of Sales (COS) Management:
Coordinate stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
Calculate and manage the cost of goods sold (COS) to optimize profitability.
Tax Compliance:
Collaborate with external tax advisors as needed.
Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Audit Preparation:
Assist with annual audit preparations.
Provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
SAP Setup and Integration:
Ensure seamless integration of SAP modules for efficient data management.
Collaborate with IT teams to set up and configure SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) for accounting and financial processes.
Process Improvement:
Propose and implement process improvements related to accounting procedures and practices.
Streamline financial processes for efficiency.
Collaboration and Communication:
Communicate financial insights to management and stakeholders.
Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
ARE YOU A FIT?
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
