JOB PURPOSE:
Pizza 4P’s is seeking a Senior level Graphic Designer to join our Creative Marketing Team in Ho Chi Minh City. This individual will be responsible for 2 major areas: (1) High- quality, World class creative design executions across typical graphic design mediums (print, digital, packaging, environmental signage and wayfinding, etc), (2) Providing effective communication through project presentations to key stakeholders in the company, and effective leadership and motivation to junior members of the Creative Marketing Team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
(1) EDUCATION: No specific requirement
(2) WORK EXPERIENCE: 5–7 Years experience working in a creative team. This includes Design Studios and agencies or in- house creative departments
(3) SKILLS: Personality traits in line with typical 4P’s expected values. Able to work with a team, able to communicate in English, punctual, proficiency with basic Adobe software (Photoshop inDesign, Illustrator), proficiency with typography and layout design.

Produce beautiful and thoughtful creative solutions that are in accordance with our existing Visual Identity Guidelines. These solutions must be appropriate for the intended audience. These solutions must reach an international standard that takes into account typography & layout design, art direction and photography, material and function usage as well as overall graphic and physical impression that is a WOW for its users.
Outcomes
(b) Cost: Creative solutions are generated and executed within and do not exceed predetermined budgets and costs.
(2) COMMUNICATION
(a) Quality: Positively evaluated by the Creative Director, Marketing Director, Design Director, and any other stakeholders. When needed, quality will also be determined by company- wide or publicly generated positive feedback.
(c) Schedule: Final Deliverables are submitted and launched on time in accordance with pre- established timelines. In the event of delays, it must be communicated to all stakeholders well in advance to avoid breakdowns in operation and to avoid misuse of the time and energy of other departments.

(b) Team Morale: Through internal meetings with other team members, we will assess whether motivation and leadership is done effectively and professionally in ways that inhibits increased moral throughout the team.
(a) Schedule: When working on group projects, the deliverables of such projects are delivered on time in accordance with pre- established timelines. Meetings are also conducted efficiently, through preparation and scheduling that avoids delays.
