[HCM] Senior Tax Accountant

WHAT YOU WILL DO?

Responsible for tax reporting, tax compliance and other tax- related matters
Plan optimization and take advantage of tax incentives
Reviewing data, documents of revenue, reasonable and valid expenses in compliance with the regulations of the company and the state
Responsible for checking, making and sending tax reports, tax declaration periodically according to the regulations of the Company and the State.
Be responsible for explaining, providing documents and data to audit units, tax inspection teams or the requirements of state agencies on tax compliance.
Reviewing revenue and expense items in accordance with the approved budget plan in accordance with the Company‘s processes and regulations
Receive and answer all problems in the accounting vertical as well as problems of other departments and departments related to tax issues and policies

ARE YOU A "FIT"?
**Education:
- Knowledge of accounting standards, laws and regulations in accordance with current regulations
- Graduated from university and above, majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance

**Work experience:
- Directly make tax reports, tax declarations
- Or worked as the head of the audit team to directly sign the reports at Big4
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Head / deputy head of accounting department with 500 employees and used to directly participate in tax inspection at the unit
- Directly participate in tax inspection teams

**Capabilities and skills:
- Proficient in office computing, good Excel skills
- Ability to learn and communicate well
- Good English reading comprehension
- Ability to communicate and work with tax and government agencies

**Personality and attitude:- Careful, decisive, compliant, transparent.
