(HCM) Senior Tester

Job Description:

Assist other QC team members and associate with other stakeholders to the implementation of testing related activities.
Execute manual test, identify, report, and monitor deficiencies and issues via tracking tool (JIRA, Redmine, ....)
Design, update and maintain relevant test documentation, including test plan, test cases, test procedure.
Quality driven and proactive to do what is necessary to achieve deadlines in a dynamic environment with frequent priority and changes.
Evaluate and clarify core system requirements.

Job Requirements:

Understanding of Scrum software development methodology with practices
Experience in the Insurance industry is a plus
Able to work independently and work in a group.
Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks for client-server application is plus
Understanding of all phases of STLC
Process strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities
3-5 years in software testing
Strong in functional/ non-functional testing
Able to self-learning and adapt to new techniques and technologies quickly.
