[HCM] Store Team leader

Job overview:
Responsible for managing the daily operations of retail stores. Ensure proper staffing at all stores as well as train employees to enhance their job performance and retention. Conduct inventory analysis to ensure optimal stock levels. And must also visit retail locations to evaluate the sales performance and level of customer satisfaction of each store.
Main responsibility:
Operation:
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of the store&039;s assets.
- Manage the store performance to achieve target of sales and all KPIs related to sales.
- Responsible for timely reporting to the Retail manager to fix problems that do not affect sales activities.
- Control stock and order.
- Proactive inventory management to increase sales.
- Check out the promotions at the time of application and persistently disseminate to employees.
- Inventory and control import and export of goods.
- Always fully aware of the inventory of all product lines and report ly to the Retail Operation Manager, predict product accumulation and shortages, and maintain as reasonable as possible.
Sales Management:
- Cooperate with Retail Operation Manager to develop sales strategy based on market trends, sales goals and invemtory control.
- Optimize in- store sales by ensuring inventory is available, and regularly rearranging goods in the store.
- Support Retail Operation Manager to develop an annual budget that keep track of all expected expenses and sales.
- Support Retail Operation Manager to plan to grow sales in the store.
Customer Service
- Ensure that each member of the store provides an excellent service to each customer entering the store, consistent with the Brand&039;s customer service standards.
- Always be present and resolve internal problems at the store in case of a conflict.
- Ensure that all sales teams fully understand the sales strategy and apply it.
- Ensure good after- sale services.
- Ensure that all customers are served properly.
- Sales growth through suitable services for all customers.
- Implement this strategy with a quality- oriented sales policy and customer service.
Personnel Management
- Monitor and ensure the allocation of employee leave schedule according to the regulations of the Company.
- Responsible for guiding and training new employees in accordance with the Company&039;s regulations and procedures.
- Maintain an image of the store and the environment with the company that sets its standards of day- to- day operations.
- Promote the sales team to serve all customers according to specified standards.
- Supervise and maintain high quality staff.
- Create teamwork, discipline and mutual respect, as well as dedication and loyalty to the Company.
- Track each employee&039;s performance.
- Train employees in sales skills, customer communication and other skills.
- Ensure that the employees is properly trained on a regular basis to develop customer service, product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensure product knowledge and theme of season & year and responsible for training staff to understand product knowledge.
- Train the sales team to develop the right sales skills.
- Ensure all team members receive the right support to reach their best potential.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Be able to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
- Being able to work under pressure
- Has a good sales and customer service skills.
- Has a good appearance and English communication.
- Strong communicative and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive in- store planning skills.
Education & Experience:
- Good experience of overseas customers handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- At least 2 years in luxury background.
- Male/ Female, under 35 years old.
- At least 7 years’ experience in retails system with same position.
