JOB DESCRIPTION
Order Follow- up:
Monitor the completion of orders till shipment.
Anticipate, solve and escalate problems during order processing
Coordination:
Report business activity, progress and status, and record them by using assigned applications/systems.
Coordinate with team members and internal departments for relevant issues or changes.
Work together with the team members to achieve common goals.
Escalate the issues or problems to his/her manager/superior
Supporting the Team:
Arrange product samples in showrooms.
Handle product sample labeling, packing, storage, and delivery.
Generate reports as per request from team
Assist the team in sourcing, offering, order follow up and any other merchandising activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Office skills: Good computer skills (especially in Excel / Word/ Outlook …)
Education: Third or final year student with Economics/ Finance / Business background/Logistic and Supply Chain Management
Language: Good command of written and spoken English and local native language.
Experience: From 3- 6 months

Service and results- oriented, good team- work spirit
Willing to undertake the pressure
Excellent skills of communication
Rigorous, very well organized and analytical

BENEFITS
Working time: 8:30 a.m to 6:00 p.m (Monday to Friday)
Allowance 3,000,000 VND/month + parking fee + laptop
