ACTIVITIES
Order Follow- up:
Monitor the completion of orders till shipment.
Anticipate, solve and escalate problems during order processing
Coordination:
Coordinate with team members and internal departments for relevant issues or changes.
Report business activity, progress and status, and record them by using assigned applications/systems.
Work together with the team members to achieve common goals.
Escalate the issues or problems to his/her manager/superior
Supporting the Team:
Arrange product samples in showrooms.
Assist the team in sourcing, offering, order follow up and any other merchandising activities.
Generate reports as per request from team
Handle product sample labeling, packing, storage, and delivery.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE
Computers skills: Good computer skills (Excel / Word/ Outlook …)
Experience: No experience needed
Language: Good command of written and spoken English and local native language.
Education: Third or final year student with Economics/ Finance / Business background

High sense of ethics and integrity, dynamic and honest, dedicated, systematic and initiative
Service and results- oriented, good team- work spirit
Rigorous, very well organized and analytical
Excellent skills of communication
