Content Creation: Develop high- quality product detail pages (PDPs) that adhere to our brand guidelines, incorporating visually appealing elements and persuasive descriptions to captivate customers.
CRM Execution: Execute the CRM calendar, including feed management, to nurture customer relationships and foster repeat purchases.
Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of content changes, identify areas for improvement, and inform data- driven optimization strategies.
Cross- Functional Coordination: Handle ad- hoc administrative duties and support the E- commerce team in their daily operations, ensuring seamless project execution and achieving shared goals.
On- site Management: Upload product assets and meticulously audit shop- in- shop and PDP setups to guarantee error- free and visually appealing content.
Content Optimization: Continuously refine product listings for optimal keyword search performance and implement content revamp projects to enhance overall effectiveness.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative agency to ensure PDP assets align with our e- commerce style guide, effectively educating customers and driving sales.
Platform Optimization: Format and upload product listings across various marketplaces and social commerce platforms, maintaining consistent branding and maximizing visibility.
An ideal candidate who will have:
Education:
University newly undergraduates/ graduates with major in Marketing/ Business Administration/ International Business from accredited university.
Skills:
Visual skills, sense of aesthetics
Fast & proactive learner
Detail- oriented
Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Presentation skill
Good attitude with fighting spirit
Work as a team and in a collaborative manner
Proficient communication skill in both English and Vietnamese
