Main responsibilities
Job Advertisements: Assist in creating and designing engaging job adverts and other recruitment materials, including visual design.
Candidate Selection Process: Manage the recruitment of intern positions across all Business Units/Functions by supporting the end- to- end candidate selection process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview scheduling. Ensure candidates receive an outstanding experience throughout the recruitment process.
Administrative Tasks: Handle timely administration and submission of purchase requisitions, expense approvals, and claims.
Confidentiality: Maintain a high degree of maturity and ensure strict confidentiality in all work matters related to the company.
Team Activities: Organize and support internal and external People & Culture activities, including team meetings and external events.
Meetings & Projects: Participate in selected meetings or projects as defined by the People & Culture Head.
Wellbeing Initiatives: Participate in and support activities that enhance employee benefits and overall wellbeing, such as the "All Well" program and other initiatives.
Recruitment Events: Support the organization and participation in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
Organizational Support: Provide effective organizational support, including logistics, travel arrangements, bookings, and managing visa/embassy matters.

3rd/4th year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email applications.
Strong interest in HR, particularly in recruitment and employee engagement activities.
