Tracking and reporting monthly sourcing performance.
Support checking the accuracy of procurement terms & contracts according to the Company policy.
Vendor assessment/ranking: to track how many ratecards are received from vendors and give an overall evaluation of their performance.
Other tasks as directed by the Procurement Senior Manager.
Consolidate vendors&039; quotations per campaign brief and perform a comparison.
Collect influencer contact info, quotation per the latest date checking, and the status of job confirmation.
Supporting cooperation with the Finance department for effective payment progress.
Sourcing, approaching, and managing potential KOLs/KOCs for the AnyCreator platform.
Assisting in procurement processes to ensure timely and qualified onboarding.

Be able to commit to working full- time for at least 3 months.
Proficiency in Vietnamese & English.
A recognized university degree.
Attention to detail, the ability to multitask.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides is a must.
Highly motivated with a desire to learn.
