Checking the accuracy of procurement contracts according to Company policy
Vendors assessment/ranking: to track how many ratecards are received from vendors and evaluate their performance overall.
Collect influencer contact info, quotation per latest date checking, and the status of job confirmation
Consolidate vendors&039; quotations per campaign brief and perform comparison.
Ensuring the procurement terms and conditions agreed with vendors (delivery terms, payment terms, etc.)
Cooperate with the Finance department for effective payment progress
Ensure the procurement of services/products is correct in quantity and quality according to departments’ requirements
New vendor sourcing: keep track of vendor info, credentials, rate card…
Other tasks as directed by the Procurement Manager

A recognized university degree in Finance or related fields
At least 1 year of experience in the procurement
Attention to detail, the ability to multitask
Good communication skill
Experience in handling the Influencer Marketing industry is a plus
A quick learner with good research, analytical, and problem- solving skills
Highly motivated with a desire to learn
Experience in the Digital Marketing industry, preferably in Advertising Agencies
Good command of English
Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
