Other tasks as directed by the Procurement Manager
New vendor sourcing: keep track of vendor info, credentials, rate card…
Collect influencer contact info, quotation per latest date checking, and the status of job confirmation
Support to ensure the procurement of services/products is correct in quantity and quality according to departments’ requirements
Consolidate vendors&039; quotations per campaign brief and perform comparison.
Supporting cooperate with the Finance department for effective payment progress
Ensuring the procurement terms and conditions agreed with vendors (delivery terms, payment terms, etc.)
Vendors assessment/ranking: to track how many ratecards are received from vendors and give an overall evaluation of their performance.
Support checking the accuracy of procurement contracts according to Company policy

Who You Are

Attention to detail, the ability to multitask
Be able to commit to work full time at least 3 months
Highly motivated with a desire to learn
A recognized university degree in Finance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good at Microsoft Word, Excel.. is a must
Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
