JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop working relationships with clients;
Mentor/coach and assist junior staff in reaching their full potential;
Proactively manage the scheduling of work beyond the level expected;
Good communication with staff and external parties, can also speak English, if can speak Chinese is better
Be responsible for and understand the audit approach, methodology & tools;
Understand and perform the audit procedures assigned to you;
Keep abreast of professional development and regularly expand technical competence.
Finance BP work supporting for channel work, push and communication dealers for fast settlement online and offline
Familiar excel/PPT/words tool
Provide recommendations for improvement of procedures in order to enhance business efficiency and management control over the entity;
Prepare financial statement reports and documentation supporting audit opinions;
Support some retail and market recon work
Assist & Lead in obtaining all necessary audit working paper, documentation including researching and documenting facts and findings;
Can accept some urgent cases support
Review client accounting, operating and internal control procedures;
Perform analytical review of financial information;
Other BP finance work support if need
Support Manager and Supervisor for checking and calculation of different situations from different channels with different support
